What is the difference between the registration fee and the tuition fee?

The registration fee is paid right before the student completed the registration form and uploaded all the necessary documents on SHARE Venice Summer School website.

The tuition fee must be paid in 2 tranches of 500 euros each no later than the following deadlines: 30.04.2020 and 30.06.2020.

How can I pay the registration and tuition fee?

The registration and tuition fee will be paid via bank transfer to the bank account mentioned in the study contract.

How can I find accomodation?

SHARE Venice Summer School will post on their website recommended venues from which students will have the possibility to choose.

Are meals assured by the School?

Students are assured only a coffee break in the standard package fee.

When can I be sure that my place is assured?

Students are considered as enrolled upon acceptance of the application of registration and upon effective receipt by SHARE VENICE SUMMER SCHOOL 2020 of the payment for the related registration fee.

How can I communicate with the organizational team until the courses will start?

All communications from SHARE VENICE SUMMER SCHOOL 2020 will be made through the following e-mail address [email protected] , which Students are required to check regularly.

Do I get reimbursed for my money if I withdraw my application before the classes start?

In case of withdrawal notified until 30.06.2020, PRO event association will return to the Students only the tuition fee without any bank charges and fees.

In case of withdrawal notified after 01.07.2020, PRO event association would withhold all sums as a refund for administrative and course expenses and as consideration for services rendered.
